3. Marketplace Role
Salon Marketplace is a neutral venue connecting Customers with Service Providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of services or advertising posts offered.
Bookings, advertising posts, and disputes must be handled between Customers and Service Providers.
We may offer dispute mediation but are under no obligation to do so.
4. Payments
Payments for services may be made through the Platform using our third-party payment processors.
You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information.
Salon Marketplace does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes. All payment data is securely processed using SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways.
We are not liable for any unauthorized access or breaches that occur outside of our infrastructure or through third-party platforms.
5. Security of Personal Information
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
